David (“Dah-veed”) Murillo R. is an award-winning Colombian film composer whose latest credits include the Emmy-nominated MSNBC series Leguizamo Does America, several Netflix Originals—including one of the most watched foreign-language series, Who Killed Sara? —and three Sundance films: Queen of Chess, Blast Beat, and the award-winning film Between Sea and Land. Beyond film and television, his work with artists such as Maluma, Lola Indigo, Danna Paola, and Rauw Alejandro has earned gold and platinum certifications, with his music collaborations surpassing 150 million streams on Spotify, and most recently extending into global video game franchises such as Minecraft.
